Odds are you've never once asked Santa for new cable and Internet service. But as a service provider relatively new to the retail game, XFINITY really wanted in on the holiday rush. We developed an attachment strategy that got customers thinking about how much better that new iPad would be with faster WiFi and tons of streaming movies and shows. And the lyrical headlines were such a hit, they ended up being our gift to our partner agencies.
